According to Article 20 ofDecree 115/2020/ND-CP:

Contents related to employment contracts

1. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro employment contract is signed in writing between trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro public employee or trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro person recruited as a public employee and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro head of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro public service provider. In case trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro public employee is trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro head of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro public service provider, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro employment contract is signed by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro competent authority managing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro public service provider.

2. Public employees recruited before July 1, 2020, but currently performing a fixed-term employment contract, shall continue to perform trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro signed employment contract. Even if trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro public employee transfers to another public service provider according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro provisions of Clause 4 of this Article, after trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro term of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro signed employment contract ends, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro public employee shall be signed an indefinite-term employment contract if they meet all trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro requirements under trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro law.

3. During trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro implementation of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro employment contract, if there are changes to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro content of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro employment contract, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro public employee or trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro person recruited as a public employee must agree with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro head of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro public service provider on those changes. These changes shall be made through signing an annex to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro employment contract or a new employment contract containing those changes.

4. In case a public employee is agreed by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro competent authority to transfer to another public service provider, they shall not undergo new recruitment or be subject to resignation policies. However, they must sign a new employment contract with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro head of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro receiving public service provider or trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro competent authority managing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro public service provider, and salary policies for public employees shall be implemented accordingly based on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro type of employment contract being signed at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro previous public service provider, competence, educational level, work process, salary progression, and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro period of compulsory social insurance premium payment of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro public employee.

According to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro provisions at Point c, Clause 3, Section 2 ofCircular 79/2005/TT-BNVon salary change and grading principles:

Salary change and grading principles

3- For officials and public employees under trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay eurorankof officials and public employees or professional titles in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Court, Prosecution (hereinafter collectively referred to as officials and public employees).

c) When changing jobs or transferring, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro salary grade or stepcannot be combined with a salary step promotion.

If transferring to a new job that does not match trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro rank of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro current job, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro rank must be changed.

If transferring due to task requirements to a job with a lower salary level, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro current salary grade and rank (including salary step promotion policies and seniority allowance policies beyond trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro rank for that job) retained.

In case of transfer where trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro new job matches trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro current job rank, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro new agency or unit shall continue to pay trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro salary (including calculating trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro time for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro next salary step promotion or considering trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro extra-seniority allowance if available in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro current job rank) based on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro salary certificate from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro previous agency or unit.

Thus, when transferring to another school, appropriate salary policies shall be applied toteachersbased on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro type of employment contract signed by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro previous public service provider, competence, educational level, work process, salary progression, and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro period of compulsory social insurance premium payment of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro public employee.

+ For lecturers in higher educational institutions, training, and professional development institutions under trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, and Political Schools at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro provincial or municipal level:

For educators involved in management, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union officers, and Association officers participating in teaching at higher educational institutions, training, and professional development institutions under trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, and Political Schools at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro provincial or municipal level, it is calculated according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro formula mentioned above, where trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro teaching hour workload/year is trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro same as trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro teaching hour workload/year for lecturers with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro same title and subject of that educational institution;

- Overtime teaching hours/academic year = [Actual teaching hours/academic year + Converted teaching hours/academic year (if any) + Additional calculated teaching hours/academic year (if any) + Hours reduced per policies/academic year (if any)] - (Annual teaching workload).

Salary = Statutory pay rate x Salary coefficient

At trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro same time, according toDecree No. 73/2024/ND-CP, when increasing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro statutory pay rate to VND 2,340,000/month from July 1, 2024, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro salary calculation for teachers is as follows:

Salary = VND 2,340,000 x Salary coefficient

Unit: VND/month

Where:
