Responsibility to Evaluate Public Employees
The head trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the public service provider is responsible for organizing the evaluation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay public employees under their management authority.
Depending on specific conditions, the head trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the public service provider performs the evaluation or assigns and delegates the evaluation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay public employees under their management authority. The person assigned the authority to evaluate public employees must bear responsibility to the head trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay the public service provider for the evaluation results.
The person with appointment authority shall bear responsibility for evaluating the public employees they manage within the public service provider.

The handling trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay appeals shall be performed by the person with the authority to evaluate and rank.
