Statutory Pay Rate

1. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ statutory pay rate serves as trực tiếp bóng đá k+ basis for:

a) Calculating wages in salary scales, allowances, and implementing other policies as stipulated by law for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ subjects specified in Article 2 of this Decree;

b) Calculating operational allowances, subsistence allowances according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ provisions of law;

c) Calculating deductions and policies entitled to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ statutory pay rate.

2. From July 1, 2024, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ statutory pay rate is 2,340,000 VND/month.

Is every teacher in Vietnam eligible for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ statutory pay rate increase?

Based on Article 2 ofDecree 73/2024/ND-CP:

Applicable Subjects

1. Individuals receiving salaries or allowances that apply trực tiếp bóng đá k+ statutory pay rate as stipulated in Article 1 of this Decree, including:

a) Officials from central to district levels as prescribed in Clauses 1 and 2, Article 4 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Law on Cadres and Officials of 2008 (amended and supplemented at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Law on Cadres and Officials and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Law on Public Employees of 2019);

b) Commune-levelofficials as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 4 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Law on Cadres and Officials of 2008 (amended and supplemented at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Law on Cadres and Officials and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Law on Public Employees of 2019);

c) Public employees in public service providers as prescribed in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Law on Public Employees of 2010 (amended and supplemented at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Law on Cadres and Officials and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Law on Public Employees of 2019);

d) Individuals performing work under labor policy contracts as stipulated in Decree No. 111/2022/ND-CP dated December 30, 2022, of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Government of Vietnam on contracts for certain types of work in administrative agencies and public service providers in cases eligible for or agreed upon in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ labor contract to apply wage classification according to Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP dated December 14, 2004, of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Government of Vietnam on wage policy for officials, public employees, and armed forces;
