Pursuant to Article 22 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euroLaw on Organization of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro 2014, supplemented by Clause 1, Article 1 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euroLaw No. 65/2020/QH14 dated June 19, 2020 on Organization kết quả bóng đá, criteria of National Assembly deputies in Vietnam include:

Article 22. Criteria of National Assembly deputies

1. To be loyal to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Fatherland, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro People and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Constitution, to strive to carry out trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro renewal cause for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro goal of a prosperous people and a strong, democratic, equitable and civilized country.

1a. To hold citizenship of only Vietnam.

2. To possess moral qualities, to be diligent, thrifty, incorruptible, public-spirited and selfless, exemplary in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro observance of law; to have trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro spirit and be determined to control corruption, waste and all manifestations of bureaucracy, imperiousness and authoritarianism and other illegal acts.

Thus, a person to be a National Assembly representative must meet trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following standards:

Pursuant to Article 25 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euroLaw on Organization of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro 2014, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro term of office of National Assembly deputies are as follows:

Article 25. Term of office of National Assembly deputies

The term of office of National Assembly deputies must follow the term of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro.

The term of office of additionally elected National Assembly deputies must last from the date of opening of the session following the by-election to the date of opening of the first session of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro of the succeeding term.

In addition, based on Article 2 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euroLaw on Organization of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro 2014, regulations on the term of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro are as follows:

Article 2. Term of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro

1. The term of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro is five years, counting from the opening date of the first session of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro of a term to the opening date of the first session of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro of the succeeding term.

2. Sixty days before the expiration of the term of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro, a new National Assembly shall be elected.

3. In special cases, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro shall decide to shorten or extend its term at the proposal of the Standing Committee of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro, if at least two-thirds of the total number of National Assembly deputies vote for it. The extension of a term of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro must not exceed twelve months, except in wartime.

Thus, the term of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro is five years, counting from the opening date of the first session of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro of a term to the opening date of the first session of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro of the succeeding term.
