1. What is militia xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 self-defense force?

According to Clause 1, Article 2 of theLaw No. 48/2019/QH14 dated November 22, 2019 on Militia trực tiếp bóng, militia xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 self-defense forces refer to mass armed forces not separated from production xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 work, called “militia” if organized locally xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 “self-defense forces” if organized in regulatory authorities, political organizations, socio-political organizations, public service providers xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 economic organizations (hereinafter referred to as “agencies xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 organizations”).

Currently, there are 5 kinds of militia xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 self-defense: (According to Article 6 of theLaw No. 48/2019/QH14 dated November 22, 2019 on Militia trực tiếp bóng)

- On-site militia xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 self-defense forces refer to militia xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 self-defense forces operating in wards, communes, villages, hamlets xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 neighborhoods (hereinafter referred to as “villages”) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 in agencies xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 organizations.

- Mobile militia xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 self-defense force refer to mobile militia xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 self-defense forces operating in many divisions according to decisions of competent authorities.

- Standing militia refers to standing forces operating in vital areas in terms of national defense.

- Marine militia xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 self-defense forces refer to militia xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 self-defense forces operating in islands xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 territorial waters of Vietnam.

- Anti-aircraft, artillery, scouting, information, engineering, chemical defense xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 medical militia xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 self-defense forces.

To be selected in militia xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 self-defense forces, the following standards must be met: (Clause 1, Article 10 of theLaw No. 48/2019/QH14 dated November 22, 2019 on Militia trực tiếp bóng)

- Defined background;

- Stringent compliance with policies xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 viewpoint of the Communist Party, policies, regulations xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 law of government;

- Adequate health to perform tasks of militia xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 self-defense forces.

2. Functions xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tasks of militia xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 self-defense forces in Vietnam

According to the provisions of Article 3 of theLaw No. 48/2019/QH14 dated November 22, 2019 on Militia trực tiếp bóng, militia xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 self-defense forces are constituents of people’s armed forces; forces to protect the Communist Party, government, lives xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 assets of the people, local xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 central agencies xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 organizations; core forces combating enemies with the people in local xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 central divisions during wartime.

Thus, the militia xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 self-defense force in peacetime is the force that maintains political security xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 social order, while in wartime it acts as the core for the entire people to fight the enemy, directly fighting xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 serving in combat.

In addition to the above functions, militia xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 self-defense forces also perform the tasks specified in Article 5 of the Law on Militia xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Self-Defense Forces 2019 as follows:

- Be ready to fight, fighting xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 assistance with fighting to protect local xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 central divisions, agencies xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 organizations.

- Cooperate with People’s Army, People’s Public Security xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 other forces within the division to protect sovereignty, security of national border, islands, territorial waters xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 airspace of Vietnam; participate in developing people-based national defense, national security defense xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 protection zones, ensure social security xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 safety, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 participate in prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 fight against crimes xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 violations as per the law.

- Conduct tasks regarding military training, political xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 law strengthening, sports games xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 drills.

- Participate in adopting measures regarding information warfare xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 cyberspace warfare according to regulations xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 law, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 decisions of competent authorities.

- Prevent, counter xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 remediate consequences of disasters, accidents, natural disasters, diseases, fire xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 explosion; search xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 rescue; protect forests xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 environment xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 conduct other civil protection tasks as per the law.

- Publicize xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 mobilize the people to follow guidance xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 viewpoints of the Communist Party, policies xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 regulations xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 law of government on national defense xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 security; participate in developing local xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 central government strengthened, completed xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 adopt social policies.

- Conduct other tasks as per the law.

3. Cases of dismissal from militia xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 self-defense forces before time limit in Vietnam

According to Article 12 of theLaw No. 48/2019/QH14 dated November 22, 2019 on Militia trực tiếp bóng, A citizen shall be dismissed from militia xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 self-defense forces in case:

- Female personnel of militia or self-defense force is pregnant or raising a child under 36 months old; male personnel of militia or self-defense force raising a child under 36 months old; or

- He/she has inadequate health to perform tasks of militia xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 self-defense forces; or

- His/her unexpected family hardships render inability to participate in militia xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 self-defense forces which is confirmed by Chairpersons of People’s Committees of communes xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 districts that do not have communes, heads of agencies xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 organizations; or

- He/she is conscripted for army or People’s Public Security; employed as a national defense official or policeman; or

- He/she receives letter of admission in higher education institution, vocational education institution, school of regulatory authority, political organization or socio-political organization; receives notice xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 travels abroad for work or study.
