- Other dependants that bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp taxpayer has to provide for, who meet bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp conditions in Point dd Clause 1 of this Article, including:

+ bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp taxpayer’s brothers and sisters.

+ bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp taxpayer’s grandparents, aunts, uncles.

+ bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp taxpayer’s nieces and nephews.

+ Other people to provide for as prescribed by law.

Except for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp taxpayer's children, other dependents who are in working capacity need to meet bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following conditions:

- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp disabled that are incapable of work with no income or his average monthly income from all sources does not exceed 1,000,000 VND.

2. Do personal deductions application need to be notarized or authenticated in Vietnam?

According to point g, Clause 1, Article 9 ofThông tư 111/2013/TT-BTCas amended in Article 1 ofThông tư 79/2022/TT-BTC, documents proving dependents are prescribed as follows:

For biological children, legally adopted children, illegitimate children, stepchildren of spouses

- For children under 18 years of age: photocopies of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Certificates of birth and ID cards or Citizen ID cards (if any).

- For children from 18 years of age and over that are disabled and incapable of work:

+ Photocopies of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Certificates of birth and ID cards or Citizen ID cards (if any).

+ Photocopies of Certificates of disability according to regulations of law on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp disabled.

- For children in school

- Photocopies of ID cards or Citizen ID cards.

- Legitimate papers proving bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp relationship between bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp dependants and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp taxpayer such as

+ A photocopy of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp written confirmation of residence or notice of personal identification number and citizen information in national population database or another paper issued by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp police authority,

+ Certificates of birth, decisions on recognition of parent or child acknowledgement made by competent authorities.
