What are lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cases of locking eID accounts in Vietnam

1. What is eID account?

eID account refers to a collection of username, password or other authentication methods and is created by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay electronic identification and authentication regulator.

Electronic identity accounts are divided into 2 levels:

- Level 1 eID account is an eID account granted to Vietnamese citizens and foreigners, specifically as follows:

+ lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay level -1 eID account of Vietnamese citizens shall contain: Personal identity number; First, middle and last name; Date (day, month, year) of birth; Gender; Personal portrait;

+ lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay level -1 eID account of foreigners shall contain: ID number; Last, middle and first name; Date (day, month, year) of birth; Gender; Nationality; Number, sign, date (day, month, year), type of paper and place of issue of passport or other international travel document; Personal portrait;

- Level 2 eID account is an eID account issued to Vietnamese citizens and foreigners containing information such as level 1 electronic identification accounts and additional information about "fingerprints".

2. What are lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cases of locking eID accounts in Vietnam

2.1. Locking Vietnamese citizen's eID accounts

Clause 1, Article 19 ofNghị định 59/2022/NĐ-CPstipulates cases of locking Vietnamese citizen's eID accounts:

- lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay electronic identification and authentication system automatically remembers and locks an eID account if

+ lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay eID holder makes lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay request for locking his/her account;

+ lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay eID holder is in breach of terms of use of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay VNeID app;

+ lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay eID holder's ID card is revoked;

+ lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay eID holder dies.

lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay system can remember through lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay eID holder’s declaration made on lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay VNelD app or input of updated eID information into lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay electronic identification and authentication according to Article 10 herein.

- If a procedure-conducting agency, competent regulatory authority or service user requests an eID account to be locked, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay account locking request must be sent to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Police to seek their approval for such request.

2.2. Locking foreigner's eID accounts

Foreigners' eID accounts will be locked if they fall into lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cases specified in Clause 2, Article 19 ofNghị định 59/2022/NĐ-CP, including:

-lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay electronic identification and authentication system automatically remembers and locks an eID account if

+ lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay eID holder makes lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay request for locking his/her account;

+ lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay eID holder is in breach of terms of use of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay VNeID app;

+ lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay eID holder's passport or international travel document is revoked; lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay eID holder’s residence permit expires;

+ lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay eID holder dies.

2.3. Locking non-person entity's eID accounts

Clause 3, Article 19 ofNghị định 59/2022/NĐ-CPstipulates that a non-person entity's eID account will be locked when:

- lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay electronic identification and authentication system automatically remembers and locks an eID account if

+ lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay eID holder makes lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay request for locking its account;

+ lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay eID holder is in breach of terms of use of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay VNeID app;

+ Its business is dissolved or closed under law.

- If a procedure-conducting agency, competent regulatory authority or service user requests an eID account to be locked, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay account locking request must be sent to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Police to seek their approval for such request.

3. When will lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay e-ID account be unlocked?

According to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions of Clause 4, Article 19 ofNghị định 59/2022/NĐ-CP, types of eID accounts eligible to be re-unlocked include:

- lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay electronic identification and authentication automatically unlocks an eID account immediately when grounds for automatically locking that eID account no longer exist;

- If a procedure-conducting agency, competent regulatory authority or service user requests an eID account to be unlocked, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay account unlocking request must be sent to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Police to seek their approval for such request.

- Within 02 working days, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay request-receiving Police’s head can approve lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay unlocking request in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay case specified in point b of clause 2 of Article 19 ofNghị định 59/2022/NĐ-CP, and notify this to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay agency or entity making lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay account unlocking request and lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay eID holder.

In case of rejection, a written reply with clear reasons for such rejection must be sent.
