What are obligations do management employees in Vietnam?

Based on Article 18 of đá bóng trực tiếpLaw on Public Employees 2010, đá bóng trực tiếp obligations of management employees are:

Article 18. Obligations of management employees

Management employees fulfill đá bóng trực tiếp obligations stipulated in Articles 16 and 17 of this Law and đá bóng trực tiếp following obligations:

  1. Direct and organize đá bóng trực tiếp implementation of đá bóng trực tiếp unit's tasks according to assigned responsibilities and authorities;
  1. Practice democracy, maintain unity, and professional ethics within đá bóng trực tiếp managed unit;
  1. Be responsible or jointly responsible for đá bóng trực tiếp professional activities of public employees under their management;
  1. Develop and expand human resources; manage and effectively use facilities and finance within đá bóng trực tiếp managed unit;
  1. Organize and implement anti-corruption measures and promote savings and waste prevention within đá bóng trực tiếp managed unit.

According to đá bóng trực tiếp above regulations, management employees have đá bóng trực tiếp following obligations:

- Comply with đá bóng trực tiếp guidelines, policies of đá bóng trực tiếp Communist Party of Vietnam, and đá bóng trực tiếp laws of đá bóng trực tiếp State.

- Lead a healthy, honest lifestyle, practicing diligence, thrift, integrity, righteousness, and impartiality.

- Maintain organizational discipline and responsibility in professional activities; adhere to đá bóng trực tiếp regulations, rules, and working procedures of đá bóng trực tiếp public service provider.

- Protect state secrets; safeguard and effectively, economically use assigned public assets.

- Cultivate and practice professional ethics, following đá bóng trực tiếp code of conduct of public employees.

- Complete assigned tasks or duties, meeting time and quality requirements.

- Coordinate well with colleagues in performing tasks or duties.

- Comply with đá bóng trực tiếp work assignments from competent authorities.

- Continuously study to improve professional knowledge and skills.

- When serving citizens, public employees must adhere to đá bóng trực tiếp following regulations:

+ Maintain a polite and respectful attitude towards đá bóng trực tiếp people;

+ Be cooperative and have a modest demeanor;

+ Avoid being high-handed, bureaucratic, causing difficulties and inconvenience to đá bóng trực tiếp people;

+ Comply with professional ethics regulations.

- Be responsible for professional activities.

- Fulfill other obligations as prescribed by law.

- Practice democracy, maintain unity, and professional ethics within đá bóng trực tiếp managed unit;

- Organize and implement anti-corruption measures and promote savings and waste prevention within đá bóng trực tiếp managed unit.

What are cases where đá bóng trực tiếp Head of a public service provider cannot unilaterally terminate a contract with a public employee in Vietnam?

Based on Clause 3, Article 29 of đá bóng trực tiếpLaw on Public Employees 2010, đá bóng trực tiếp head of a public service provider cannot unilaterally terminate a working contract with a public employee in đá bóng trực tiếp following cases:

- đá bóng trực tiếp public employee is ill or has had an accident, and is undergoing treatment for a work-related illness as decided by đá bóng trực tiếp medical facility, except in cases where a public employee working under an indefinite-term contract has been ill or receiving treatment for 12 consecutive months, or under a fixed-term contract has been ill or receiving treatment for 6 consecutive months without work capability recovery. When đá bóng trực tiếp employee's health recovers, đá bóng trực tiếp continuation of đá bóng trực tiếp contract will be considered.

- đá bóng trực tiếp public employee is on annual leave, personal leave, or other sanctioned leave by đá bóng trực tiếp head of đá bóng trực tiếp public service provider.

- Female public employees who are pregnant, on maternity leave, or raising children under 36 months old, except where đá bóng trực tiếp public service provider ceases operations.
