1. Handling xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay small public interlaced land that cannot be separated into an independent project in Vietnam

According to Clause 13, Article 1 oflịch trực tiếp bóng đáamending and supplementing Article 16 oftrực tiếp bóng đá việtstipulating xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases of separating a small public interlaced land into an independent project:

- In case that land meets prescribed requirementsto be split into an independent project, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Committee at xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay relevant level shall issue xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay land withdrawal decision to allocate, assign or lease it for implementation of that independent project by employing xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay approach of holding an auction of its tenure according to regulations

According to Article 8 of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm naytrực tiếp bóng, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay persons taking responsibility before xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay State for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay management of allocated land are as follows:

- xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of an organization is responsible for land management in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:

+ Organizations assigned to manage public facilities, including roads, bridges, culverts, sidewalks, water supply and drainage systems, irrigation systems, dikes and dams; squares, statues and monuments, and memorial stela;

+ Economic organizations assigned to manage land used for investment projects in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form of build- transfer (BT) and other forms prescribed by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay investment law;

+ Organizations assigned to manage land with water surface of rivers and land with special- use water surface;

+ Organizations assigned to manage xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay land fund recovered under decisions of competent state agencies.
